Return & Refund Policy

At Shopio, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging and accessories.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and product photos/videos.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. For COD orders, refunds may be processed through UPI or bank transfer.

Return shipping charges may apply for change-of-mind returns. Damaged or incorrect product returns will be handled by Shopio where approved.

Certain items such as used products, hygiene products, customized items, digital products, and final-sale items may not be eligible for return.
